Mahe 36

The Mahe 36 has become one of the most successful models in Fountaine Pajot’s history and we are pleased to announce Skedaddle joined our fleet in July 2010.
Designed to make catamaran sailing accessible to new clients at a reasonable budget while featuring the construction qualities of a prestigious name, the Mahe 36 boasts all the features you would expect to find aboard a larger yacht.
The open plan layout between the cockpit and saloon makes it extremely easy to move around and creates an enhanced sense of space and light.

We departed from the Marina with a stiff breeze towards Hook Island Passage, Skedaddle reached 7.5 knots after we got the hang of things. Passing through Hook Passage and towards Esk Island we had to tack in the SE winds, but made good way and moored at one of the provided buoys for the night. The famous Whitehaven beach was our next stop, what a g ... [more]

Our fabulous holiday started unexpectedly after a visit to the 2010 Boating and Great Outdoor expo at the new Melbourne exhibition centre. We arrived at Hamilton Island as our floating accomodation was being sailed into the harbour for our introduction session with Graham. After a pleasant sail and trial at hoisting sales, dropping anchor and getti ... [more]
